All successful fraud, scam or dispute refunds will be refunded into your linked current account.
If you don't recognise a transaction or are unsure what the transaction is, you can click on the transaction for details such as the date, card number used, how it was authorised and information on the merchant. If you're still unsure, you can report the transaction as fraud. Please call our customer service team on the number listed on the back of your card and one of our agents will be able to help you.
To report an unrecognised or fraudulent transaction, you'll need to phone and speak to our customer service team who'll ask you some questions and then put you through to our Fraud and disputes team. Please call 03457 888 444 (+44 3457 888 444 from outside the UK).
Please note that you can add 18001 in front of the number to access Relay UK.
Just to let you know, if you have an unrecognised transaction in the future, you can report this by clicking on the transaction, and selecting 'Report a dispute, fraud or scam' from the menu options.
